The staff is exceptional! I have been experiencing terrible neck and shoulder pain for years and after one session, I have never felt better. The exercises are simple and highly effective! I highly recommend The Movement Shop! Dr. Davenport has so much knowledge and easy, repeatable applications for patients. Our family will definitely be Movement Shop fans, long term!

Ian at the movement shop is very knowledgeable, friendly and a true professional. Before i worked with Ian, I invested thousands with orthopedic doctors at Vanderbilt, Elite Sports Medicine, and TOA with absolutely no progress. However, with the movement shop, after just a few weeks of working with Ian, the positive results and healing process began and continued to improve thereafter. I recommend all to Ian at the Movement Shop, total game changer/life saver.

Jesse Davenport is the physical therapist that’s working with me. He does an awesome job. He asks me questions and then he LISTENS to my replies. I use to rely on my walker 100% for getting around. Now I’m only using it 50% on the time….some days much less, depending on the weather. I feel so blessed that Jesse got me on the right path to walking pain free and not depending my walker to be mobile. You will not go wrong with Jesse. He really is a great physical therapist.
